 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL NOTICE - LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY AND RETURN FOR DEFECT OR NONCONFORMITY

If you wish to return a Product, please follow these simple steps.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the delivery date to inform us you intend to return the product. You can send an explicit statement of your decision to withdraw to Camden Hat, by emailing orders@camdenhat.com, requesting the withdrawal form from Customer Care, and then following the instructions in the withdrawal confirmation email to complete the process. Once you have sent your return merchandise application, you have a further 7 days to physically return the product.

Please remember that we will replace only those Products that were received damaged, defective or incorrect; we do not make replacements for size changes. Upon completion of the procedure, a confirmation e-mail will be sent containing the return form to be placed in the box, a sheet with the warehouse address to be printed and affixed to the outside of the package, and instructions on how to proceed with the return of the product.
